Product Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive a product vision and strategy for the next iteration of our data pipeline which exceeds industry standards and obtain buy in by articulating a clear and compelling product roadmap with clearly defined success metrics.
  • Prioritize and rationalize roadmap against business needs, longer term platform health and partnership needs.
  • Partner with internal customers to conduct empathy research, identify current challenges, and solve complex problems through innovative data products or features.
  • Oversee and coordinate the delivery and launch of tools that enable partner product teams to build their own data-drive products.
  • Manage inter-team and technology dependencies to mitigate project and product risks.
  • Partner with technology teams to ensure performance targets are maintained as the platform scales to support new use cases and business demand increases.
  • Develop and nurture collaborative working relationships with key internal partners including business teams, various product teams, and enterprise technology organizations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • MBA or Master’s degree
  • 3+ years experience with clickstream analytics data and tools (ex: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, or comparable product)
  • 3+ years experience working with data products, platforms, and capabilities
  • + years experience with data repositories and query paradigms (relational, schema-on-read, graph, time series)
  • 3+ years experience handling of streaming data and temporal analytics
  • 3+ years experience with API development.
  • 5+ years experience with backend systems product development experience in an Agile environment.
