Junior / Middle Business Analyst

Work with business partners to obtain/define requirements
Provide input to Management related to project schedules and project status updates including identification of risk and escalation of critical issues
Manage enhancement requests submitted by assigned business partners
Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts
Work with Application Development teams in resolving existing system and/or project related issues
Coordinate end user acceptance and gathering necessary approvals to migrate changes to the production environment
Develop post implementation maintenance support procedures
Maintain solid working knowledge of functionality of existing applications and systems, where applicable
Assist in research and evaluation of technical solutions to business related system issues to recommend most efficient and cost-effective solution considering existing systems, available technology, desired results, and business partner needs
Develop good peer to peer working relationships with both internal and external business partners

Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field
2-4 yrs professional experience in developing business requirements, functional specifications, user interface specifications and documenting process flows;
2-4 yrs experience working with the implementation of enterprise class solutions is highly desirable
3 years of working knowledge or support for RV CRM solutions and/or familiarity with CRMTool application.
Familiar working with following technology tools MS Dynamics, Integration tools such as Informatica, and Data analysis tools
Excellent project management skills
Ability to complete assignments individually or participate as an effective member of a project team to complete various departmental
