Business Development Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and identify business development opportunities
- Conduct sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals
- Optimize sales processes and workflows to drive efficiency and productivity
- Provide guidance on website enhancements and marketing strategies to generate new leads
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
- Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with software platforms such as WordPress, Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Zoho CRM
- Experience in advising clients on website enhancements and marketing strategies
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong desire to achieve results
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Sales or Marketing education preferred
